As 2018 draws to a close I wanted to share some of the firm’s accomplishments. This year over $1,800,000.00 was recovered for persons injured in car accidents. This was from successful claims without a lawsuit being filed, lawsuits with winning results, and through mediation and alternative dispute resolution. There were many challenges, but this was accomplished with consistent and high level results for clients.
I am also pleased that I was able to achieve results while still maintaining an exceptional level of service to my clients. Every client has my cell. phone number and access to their lawyer. When they have a question or want to know the status, they get answers and their case is moved along expeditiously and in an effective manner.
A thoughtful, skillful, and experienced approach has lead to excellent results for clients where the injury claims were moved quickly to achieve a maximum recovery. There were numerous instances where this approach was praised and lauded by other attorneys insurance adjusters. The goal is to deliver results and exceed expectations.
The year was not without delay or difficulty. Insurance carriers evaluate claims with scrutiny and continue to employ ever changing measures and tactics to pay as little out as possible on injury claims. There was more than one instance of an insurance carrier not paying reasonable value for car accident victims or causing unreasonable delay and unfortunately sometimes it is necessary to file a lawsuit or a complaint with the Arizona Department of Insurance. The adversity was overcome for our clients and we have been able to exceed expectations and deliver results. They have also found new ways to trick accident victims that do not have a lawyer into getting far less than they would if they had the benefit of a good accident lawyer.
As I take a moment to have a quick look back at the year, there is no question that a great deal was accomplished. I am profoundly grateful for my clients, past clients, friends, and people that have referred me. I am proud that most of my 2018 clients were referred from past or present clients or former clients themselves, and I am grateful for everyone who thought of me when a friend or loved one was in a car accident. Thank you for all who have thought of me and continue to do so!! I am honored and grateful and I will do everything I can to provide great service and reach the same level of results going forward.
